Health Records and Information Technology

The purpose of the program is to train health records and information officers who will complement the other health care providers in meeting the many and ever changing patient needs in our contemporary society and who will demonstrate competence in addressing and managing the emerging health care challenges locally, regionally and globally.

This will be achieved through the effective implementation of the institutional curriculum that is tailored towards realizing the institutional vision and mission of being a leading regional medical training college of excellence in training of health records and information officers and other health professionals
